摘 要:
本文选用烤烟‘K326’为试验材料, 通过盆栽试验研究分根交替灌溉、亏缺灌溉和全灌溉方式对烤烟产量与相关化学品质的影响。结果表明, 分根交替灌溉的烤烟水分利用率及其相关生理指标比全灌溉的均有显著改善。其叶片干重、株高和干物质积累量均比亏缺灌溉和全灌溉的高。烤烟烟叶中可溶性糖含量、氮含量、钾含量和钾氮比也明显高于亏缺灌溉和全灌溉的, 表明分根交替灌溉能够提高烤烟烟叶的品质。关键词:分根交替灌溉; 烤烟; 化学品质; 生长

Abstract:
Effects of partial root-zone drying, deficit irrigation and full irrigation on the growth and quality of flue-cured tobacco were studied by using tobacco ‘K326’ as the experimental material. The results showed that the water use efficiency and related physiological indexes of tobacco with the partial root-zone drying were im-proved significantly compared with full irrigation. And the leaf dry weight, plant height and dry matter accumu-lation with partial root-zone drying were higher than those with deficit irrigation and full irrigation. The con-tents of soluble sugar, nitrogen, potassium and ratio of potassium to nitrogen in flue-cured tobacco leaves with partial root-zone drying were significantly higher than those with deficit irrigation and full irrigation. This indi-cated that partial root-zone drying improved the quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves.Key words: partial root-zone drying; flue-cured tobacco; chemical quality; growth
